Single Point of Contact
At Tristar Power Systems, we care for our customers’ time. We remove all ambiguity over who to contact when an event occurs or need arises, by having a Customer Service Representative (CSR) as a Single Point of Contact.
The Customer Service Representative provides you with one-stop information about products, services, pricing, scheduling maintenance, or emergency service work. You can communicate by e-mail or phone with your Customer Service Representative.
